I am really overwhelmed by so many meditations given in the main ToZ website.There are so many meditations given under beginner, intermediate, advanced.How can one do all the meditations given under each section everyday ???If one does all meditations it would take even a whole day everyday ..So how exactly should one allocate time for those many meditations ?
