Distinguishing Between Similar Concepts

Greetings, everyone!

I have begun my religious path.

Well... to sum it up, I pray every day (the Prayer of Protection to Zeus). At the same time, I meditate with meditation music and follow the same instructions (sitting in silence, visualizing a blue, white, and yellow aura, etc.).

What is the difference between these two?

Also, could you give me an example of the results or effects these rituals are supposed to have, especially considering that we are instructed to focus on the sigils at the end? What kind of experience or outcome should a practitioner expect?
What about the Prayer of Protection to Zeus? What role should I give it? Because I think it can also be considered a form of meditation.

The first link is the standard ritual, that if you follow the basic program on the website, you will have to perfom once a week to connect with Zeus.

The second link are Gods rituals, we have an ongoing schedule that you could follow with us.

The 40 day program is great but you should also do the basic program on the website that have direct link to other pages.

Here are some pages to read if you haven't already.

I think this basic meditation program is a great way to start, he 40 day program is also good to follow, but the new section will help you further. You can still use the section for the kundalini yoga instructions.

Concerning God's rituals, you need to follow the instructions at the top of any ritual (you will have to open them to read them). Basically, you need to start from the top, you vibrate the runes in order (ex Fehu x 10, then Sowilo x 10 and Kenaz x 10) while focusing on the sigil, then you do the affirmation below the three runes. And you move on to the other part and etc... You can start with only 1 rep per runes, since you are new. Go at your own pace. You can also read this guide.
