Thank you for your consideration of others, but it is also important that people do not restrict themselves from discussion about genuine topics. Nobody is going to incur permanent trauma from reading something gross, of which everyone has experienced something similar in their own life.
You have nothing to be embarrassed about, as we all have our own problems.
Please research acupressure points which can aid menstrual problems; there are likely someone on your groin/stomach that can direct the body's energy towards proper regulation of the bleeding.
