Another Video & info about being a girl:

This used to be something I couldn’t talk about at all, by now, it’s a full time hobby to get together with friends. We sit down and are like “what should we watch,” and go to ancient aliens. Even Christians will sometimes be like… “wait,” so it’s a good way to introduce a taboo topic rather than wearing red and black.

My girl friend and I would sit down and say we should crack out on conspiracy theories.

Aside from that, info about being a girl and hormonal issues - for girls if reading -

One good thing my mom did was thoroughly explain explain to me at 10 (ish) + that I can and will become “crazy,” I was told in advance that I would wake up one day and maybe never be the same. Sometimes it was to prove a point then sometimes it was “just wait you’ll see” if she was criticized.

Knowing something like this in advance is extremely important, because it can spare a lot of confusion later. She said it will last “your entire life from the time you’re a teenager on and you’ll suffer,” and “that’s just a part of being a girl or woman” “that’s just life,” and only now am I really recognizing that. To tell me plainly that I absolutely will suffer and every single woman does (even if some don’t? I actually doubt that) mattered. This is also an issue with the world, because not every mom may say that.

Science for women is behind, women are not crazy but women’s hormonal cycles are non-stop taken advantage of by pharmaceutical companies and predatory practices with absolutely no credibility. Sometimes it just is the way it is.

Women are not the same as men and I don’t care how many pills someone puts in their body to make themselves a woman, it just isn’t the same and it makes no sense to put yourself through that.

That isn’t even to invalidate anything anyone does, I’ve had really open discussions with people who have body whatever disorder and have gone through transition. I care to hear it but before we even have women’s health down, we have arguments about gender taking priority.

What happens is true, what happens impacts every woman differently but in general there’s no mental health issues or crisis actually occurring that needs medicated,

One week before your period you can look in the mirror and feel so disgusted, depressed, and feel like you are not the same person and then the next day you’re completely different. That’s solely a chemical process causing a difference in the way you feel and perceive yourself. There’s no amount of even self work or affirmation that can fully change any process like that.

Eventually she was right, I find myself yanked into extreme depression randomly. Something she did go through was people constantly labeling her at one point, my aunt was impacted differently due to ovarian cysts, she would experience FULL blackout rages, actually very literally blacking out - but that wasn’t her 90% of the time.

For me, I got sick with a disorder which was influenced by hormones - where it worsened (after) having kids, even though other things leveled out. Alongside standard PMS I began to experience some form of a seizure - rare issue only at the absolute worst, pain and other things when “active” but mainly memory loss combined with extreme anxiety until it’s over. Before the onset of this I had an aversion to really specific things.

Something about my mom listening TO me when it came to health rather than doctors & forcing me onto medication probably changed my life and health significantly. I could be very sick right now (worse) if different choices were made. Some medication I was offered - birth control - pulled off the market. Yaz is one of them.

Once my cycle starts I instantly feel better. I found things that work for me.

Either way it’s unavoidable, the week I start and I feel clear again I’m in disbelief at my state of mind the previous week. Crying, making accusations, having extreme emotions are all pretty standard things. I’ve seen girls pull their hair out of their head when their period starts.

Health obviously also starts in childhood, not being overweight & having access to healthy food is extremely important. Food that isn’t filled with hormonally disruptive chemicals, plastics, and even avoiding microwaved food for any reason. Processed food, nitrates, processed sugar empty carbs and alternative sugars and salts that aren’t something like (coconut sugar) all important. There’s information about processed soy also being extremely harmful.
