After merging the new Enochian symbols, how will this affect the global oversight of the soul’s ability to successfully progress via subconscious meditation through manifestations, transmutations and post-modem soul transfers?

The Advancement does not come trought "union of symbols". But trought "prayer".

Enochian has no power, the information on JoS is outdated on this. You can say the Enochian Keys in English and It'll have the same power, and it has non in itself, it's just a prayer.
