Question #2955: An important doubt regarding aura and chakra cleaning

Both aura and chakra cleaning needs to be done by visualising white gold light of sun to clean the aura...My question is since sunlight comprises of fire ..If one is sitting visualising that a person is sitting inside sunlight ,won't the fire energy in the sun burn both the aura and chakras and ultimately destroying the chakra and aura since sunlight also mainly consists of fire

No. Fire is purifying and while it can burn matter, the intention here is not to destroy ourselves, but to purify.
