Question #2809: Help with Necronomocon

I want to work with necronomicon meditation but I have no knowledge about the planetary alignment, maybe I can figure out about the full moon but that's about it

And to add in the necronomicon meditation it says to not proceed to throat chakra and others likewise say such a thing

Does that mean I am supposed to vibrate for example all the dead names given for each chakra for specifically working with third eye and so on and likewise in conjunction for ever chakra (from top to bottom)?

I need a really good explanation so I can correctly do it. And lastly I also need some audio because there aren't recordings for the meditations so I am unsure what tone to vibrate it.

Please help with Tone, determining planetary alignment, instructions about how to Correctly proceed from one to the next

I have sky view app and other apps so I can locate the planets and the moon no issues on that thankfully, but I need information on the terminology and how to read

There's no need for confusion, look at the current sky on the main page of https://www.jos-astro.com
On the main page it has a list of which planets are in which degrees and signs as of today.
For example it is saying right now ☿️Mercury ----> 29, which means ️Mercury is on the 29th degree of Virgo, which is a good time to do the throat meditation (from the meditations page: "Mercury should be in its home signs of Gemini or Virgo or its exalted sign of Aquarius"), so long you did the Third Eye meditation before, and the Moon is not on Void. That's it.
Tones haven't been required for it before just do which feels best.

The website helps alot but I still need a bit of clarity.

I want to begin by the waxing moon and it's preferable to do it under that light but how about for the other planetary alignments do I have to go outside or is home just fine?

My other question is for THROAT CHAKRA-----it says When Mercury is in home sign of Gemini or Virgo Or "exalted" in Aquarius

-----What does it mean by exalted? And how do I determine the value of numbers like when you say mercury is 29 degrees of Virgo, how important is that?

I would like to know about the degrees

And my question for base chakra how do I determine if Saturn is retrograde for base chakra, I noticed it said Avoid doing if Saturn is in Aries Leo or cancer. So I assume as long as it's not those 3 it's ok right?

Did you read the astrology section? It says which sign each planet is exalted or not, in detriment etc. And what the degrees mean as well.

It is exalted because it is in Aquarius, its exalted sign.
