In the 7th house and with more negative aspects and few neutrals, is this the origin of this problem?

I can't express myself very smoothly, if I'm going to be boring and inconvenient I will be, I'm abrasive in first contact conversations, I make a point of trying to test others by being immature, and I'm very sincere, this is all impulsive, does it come from that?

people and caring for friendships I feel it is a huge effort that is only worth it if I get something in return

Check this excellent thread by sister Shadowcat. There are likely more placements that tie into the problem if it's really severe. Take the entire chart into consideration (Mars involvement, problems with Venus or the 3rd, 7th, 11th house rulers, retrogrades, etc.). As long as you're patient, you will resolve this. Favorable dates for workings can be found in the calendar.
