Question #1384: What Are Your Daily Meditation Routines?

Hi, today is my first day beginning daily spiritual practice, inspite of reading this site for months. I did some basic yogic breathing and chanted Satanama mantra. I'm not sure how to advance. I read the majority of the site materials and it is a huge overload for my brain I just don't know what to do!!! My understanding is to at least perform aura cleansing twice a day, plus daily Ritual, and then whatever desired meditations in between. I feel very awkward with my practices, as if I am doing something wrong.

Could experienced members please list their routine, even if it's not regular, just what they did yesterday. I'm not looking to copy a routine, I just want to get a general idea what is to be done.
