Hi everyone, it's been a long time and as the title, I really don't know what to do after completing the 40-day meditation series. Actually, this is my second time finishing this 40-day series and I've started it a third time; I don't know if I did it right. I'm looking at the site and there are so many meditations, I don't know which one to do.
