Question: 13 steps of alchemy

HPS Pythia mentioned in a seromon the 13 steps of alchemy, and that the 13th step is hidden.
Does anyone know what the first 12 steps are? I am very curious about this!

I think this is an allegory for Magnum Opus, which has 13 steps. Seems like only the first 3 are given, the rest is given by Satan directly to whoever reach that stage.
