Opening chakras repetition

Hello. I had done the opening of the chakras many years ago, but I decided to revisit them.

I am a little embarrassed for my question.
When in the meditation, it explains the steps, and then it writes (about the mantra) repeat 5 times... Does that mean to repeat 5 times MORE, or does it mean to do it in total 5 times?
