Hello brothers and sisters , what are your thoughts on medication such as anti anxiety or depression? Meditation is by far the most purest form of rehabilitation and i have been consistently meditating and have been experiencing amazing changes in my psyche health but im also on a term of anti depressants (ciparlex) and i have also felt they're help as well as i used to be very unstable and manic , im not fond of using mundane technology for assistance but it seems too be ok for now but will it impede my 'supernatural" abilities in the future? Will it slow down progress? If anyone has any personal experience with this please dont be shy , if not then i hope all of my siblings can help clear this up.

Jew pills are wat ur basically taking they rewire the brain in a negative way to keep u shut down.

Slowly (or cold turkey am) ween urself off the pills. When ever episodes of mania come up lock urself ina room and do hatha or kundalini yoga, as it will put ur focus on ur body(plus make u feel good wen finished) and distract from the bad habitual thoughts.

Do an RtR? They make me feel good and my deprrssion goes down considerably afterwards.

Sometimes medication is necessary, sometimes it's not. Some people need it, some people don't. You have to decide for yourself if, and how much, you need medication, and don't make changes without communicating with your doctor.

Messing around with dosages and quitting them suddenly can be a bad time, depending on the illnesses and medications involved. Talk about it with your doctor and mull it over in your mind or on paper and decide for yourself if you can do with less or without them. Maybe you needed them more in the past, not so much now but still need them to stay on the level, and maybe one day you won't need them at all. You have to be the one to figure that out.

In my opinion, if you find that they do help you for sure, stay on them. But think about getting off of them in the future if you can because they can be unhealthy and expensive. It depends on your state also. If you had a 6 month depressive episode, doctors recommend you stay on them for 1.5x as long as your episode, so they would recommend you stay on them for 9 months. But if you have a relapse of depression/anxiety multiple times, they may recommend long-term. If are still on anti-depressants two years after your first depressive outbreak, then you are being mistreated by a doctor who wants your money and nothing else.
Definitely talk it over with your doctor before you quit. Quitting cold turkey can be dangerous enough to actually kill you in some cases, and I'm not talking about death from suicidal thoughts. All in all, some need them, some they will not work for, and it's a case-by-case basis.

Good luck, and take careHail Satan
