What is the correct way to vibrate ALGIZ? I read the post about using the RAUM formula to vibrate the shape of the rune and carve it into our soul. So I have been vibrating: A into the root chakra
L into the solar chakra
G into the left shoulder chakra
I into the right shoulder chakra
S into the throat chakra Is this right? Is there a follow up article on rune carving? Hail Satan
