Programming energy?

So I want to bring illness and disease to one of my enemies. So far I know to place an aura of "grey" energy around them, but how should I program the negative energy to make them Ill? What should I say while placing the energy around them?

You should use runes to help with a destruction working. Using runes along with visualizing a grey aura is much more effective than visualization alone. For a destruction working you could use THURISAZ, HAGALAZ, and ISA. Vibrate THURISAZ x9 and then affirm x9 "The energies of Thurisaz are permanently and completely destroying (name of individual)." Vibrate HAGALAZ x9 and then affirm x9 "The energies of Hagalaz are permanently and completely destroying (name of individual)." Vibrate ISA x9 and then affirm x9 "The energies of Isa are permanently and completely destroying (name of individual)." You can then visualize the individual being destroyed in any way you please.

The working can be done at the height of a ritual or on its own. Raising your energies by performing breathing exercises, doing yoga, vibrating mantras, or some other method before a working will make the working more effective.

Make sue to CLEAN YOUR AURA thoroughly after doing the working.

Relax & focus on the person. Imagine grey energy around the hated person & say "(name of person) is sick and depressed." Clean your aura & chakras when your done sending grey energy around the hated one. The more you do this, the more that person gets sick & depressed. HAIL SATAN!
