Problem with Telekinesis

Whenever I try to do telekinesis by following the instructions in JOS Site, I feel a strong burning sensation at the centre of my hand palms and to a little extent in fingers as well.
What I am doing wrong? Can anyone explain Please !!!

That's the sensation of energy building up in your hands. Its not so much a problem as it is something to work through until the palm chakras open and energy flows freely forthwith. If you want to ensure you are focusing on the correct part of your hand, Google the acupuncture point pericardium 8 or Lao Gong. That is the most accurate description of the palm chakra although the point itself extends into minute collaterals in the hand that occupy the extent of what is shown as the palm chakras on the JOS website.

Try doing single point concentration, they call it Trataka.

You talked about heat, perhaps you should practice pyrokenesis before telekinesis as it is just allot off concentration and aura work you need. I have experience with this. Also give your mind some rest as it works as a muscle the rest should depend on your intuition and how far you are in meditation. Pyrokinesis really trains your concentration like a blade sharpener! Telekinesis is more done with your aura+concentration. It is both difficult I know but like with athletes it can take a awhile to become adept. Remember everyone is a individual and it's not a race but I'm familiar with being impatient, but instead be patient as you shall see results brother! I hope I was helpful to you, wish you best luck!! Thank you Brother ! I am trying a lot , it is very difficult to move a small bit of paper lying on a table ! InJOS , it was written pyrokinesis needed some cautions thats why I tried for telekinesis . Okk , I will try pyrokinesis !Thanks Again Brother ! HAIL SATAN !
