Please add an advanced worksheet on the difficulty and substitution of meditations

I want to get a very clear explanation of when and which meditations should be changed. For example, I really liked the idea of a mindfulness meditation section with their levels, but unfortunately it only looks like a demo version of a good Excel spreadsheet. Of course, super-intelligent people can understand how they need to meditate, but it will be impossible for ordinary people and autistic people to understand that advanced meditations already involve the same spiritual muscles as beginners, and they are likely to be overtrained and the temple will receive many depressive posts, the cause of which will only be the depletion of some chakras and brain areas due to excessive meditation on the same spiritual muscles.
 
You cannot deplete yourself by meditation. If someone does too much at once, you can burn yourself out or overstimulate yourself, that's why you follow the order and move on with more advanced meditations when the beginner meditations are comfortable and easy to do for a few months at least.

The progression is already on the Temple of Zeus, however this can be further improved in time, such as with the Awareness Meditation section where stages of mastery are clearly explained.

Nobody is going to be depressed for doing meditations that are good for them, that commentary doesn't make any sense. Everyone understands from reading the material, higher material builds on prior material on this Path.
 
I assure you "autistic people" understand how to progress through meditation very well, if anything better than "neuronormative people", excluding the most severe cases that wouldn't be even using a computer in the first place.

Autism is extremely over-diagnosed in Western countries. You are good at pattern recognition? You must be autistic... can't be that you're smart. You are direct and can't tolerate overly polite environments? Can't be personality traits... must be autism. You're organised on top of all that? You must be a criminal... I mean, autistic.

There is also no such thing as over-training in meditation in terms of doing the same meditations without changing them in the long-term. If anything, they'll be much better than anyone who just jumps to advanced meditation and burns themselves out, out of arrogance.

It's also clear that if you're just starting, you shouldn't open the advanced meditation section but the beginner section instead. The new awareness meditation is even more clear in terms of requirements at each stage, and likely the power meditation section will also be restructured and the introductory paragraph for each page will make it even clearer when you can start certain meditations in the intermediate and advanced levels.
