In life we will all experience many ups and downs, everyone understands this. However not every one necessarily can see the value in failing on purpose or in general. Failure is not always a set back, there is valuable information in not initially succeeding right away. Something as well to take note of, without failing to do something there can never be any true growth in this case. When one begins the journey of seeking to actively elevate themselves via changes of a smaller or more dramatic nature, there may be at first glance a wall or walls in front of you so to speak. You will quickly learn when one wishes to change for the better in different facets, that there can be emotional turbulence towards these perceived obstacles. Now at first you may get angry, sad, or even very irrational. This is okay, feel these emotions for they are necessary for your growth moving forward. The fact that you feel anger, sadness or other emotions because of these obstacles shows you an important thing, this being that you are not satisfied with who you are as an individual. An important distinction to make as you go through this, Perceive your emotional state as if it is just passing through like a visitor. Another very important part of the process is how you treat yourself, when experiencing these emotions from recognizing the parts of your self you want to change. Treat yourself as if you are a close friend you are trying to help or a family member. So once this happens, work to slowly or at your own pace begin to change what no longer serves the person you want to become. Now i would say begin to initiate this when you are ready, but that would be a lie. No one is ever ready for change, we must just dive in if it we truly seek to enhance, alter, or outright remove that which no longer serves us in a beneficial manner. The road will be rough, and it is never just a straight path. However if you stick with it you can also utilize this to help others who may be on the fence about changing traits or parts of their self that only hinder them in one or many ways.
HAIL ZEUS, THE CLERGY and the GODS!!
Seek challenges, they bring growth.
Stay the path, your consistency will pay off.
Continue to be optimistic.
negativity is a tool, not a reactionary system inside us.
You cannot help others if you do not understand the self first.
The challenge, the suffering, shows you what you are capable of in life. If one isn't tested into action, then it only remains as potentiality.
