YOU
This is about you, whoever is reading this. In life there is one determining factor that will be what is in control of how you feel or perceive the world in the way that we do as human beings. The factor is you, you are the one who decides, when the day starts if you will be in a good mood or bad mood. There are so many things that try to influence us, from others who follow drama, social media, the list goes on. These elements or variables do not need to be impacting us and our current state of mind at all in fact. You can decide to take back control of your state of mind, at your own pace you can tell yourself to reinforce your control over what stimulus you allow permission to enter or change your current state of mind. By creating an affirmation you are comfortable with, and by sticking with it you will recognize that you are the one who is and has been in control of your state of mind. You have always been choosing to allow variables of noise to affect you and change your emotional state, once you can accept this, then you can begin the process of taking back control of your self. Once the pattern is recognized you can begin to look further at other patterns like this, and break them down in order to help yourself to remove or change patterns that may be limiting yourself in some way. One must be vigilant as they begin this process, and understand that change is never a straight road. When one seeks to truly begin changing in them behaviors of a programmed nature by result of repetition, there will be friction. The beautiful thing is, the friction is the indicator that leads you to understand that something is holding you back. Once you have become aware of this it may cause you to feel anger, sadness, disappointment, etc... it will vary person to person of course.
HAIL ZEUS, THE CLERGY and the GODS!!
Seek challenges, they bring growth.
Stay the path, your consistency will pay off.
Continue to be optimistic.
negativity is a tool, not a reactionary system inside us.
You cannot help others if you do not understand the self first.
The challenge, the suffering, shows you what you are capable of in life. If one isn't tested into action, then it only remains as potentiality.
