Savitar I am very sorry I treated you like I did I around a year ago, But to say this, I have understood what prana and apana are by now, and what you mean about the two dualities and upflow and downflow, also by own experience (not too much tho), and 1month ago, I re-read the things you explained but I understood them this time. (Just took me 9months to do )
