Partially Risen Kundalini?

It started a few months ago, around the time I stopped going on the groups for personal pursuits until I was ready to bring something nutritional back you. But, I feel I've hit a weird point in my evolution.So, it started with serpent dreams (not even all of them were spiritual, just a lot of snake dreams, catching snakes, being bitten by snakes etc.). It was then I noticed that it was time i put in some needed Kundalini work. I usually (on a day where I have a free couple hours rather than 40 minutes), do 5-6 Sun/moon breaths, 10 Cobra breaths and 6 Sitkari breaths, almost all focused on my base chakra/kundalini area. I kept this up as well as focusing on pulling my Kundalini upwards for about a month give or take, until i eventually started doing this every day. Until I felt it coming. It feels as though I have partially risen it due to my energy level increasing dramatically, my physical strength increasing dramatically as well as my physique (my bench press went up 100 pounds within a few months and I had no previous weightlifting experience, while I left other experienced lifters in the dust), my mental and emotional state can be a little hard to handle at times but due to it being partially risen is only 2/7 (base chakra included) of the effects I could've had. It seems to be resting at my Sacral Chakra, which when I focus on it becomes very hot very quickly. I've also experienced myself having a lot more influence on other people as well as telepathically altering others thoughts just kind of by "feeling" the thought through their mind. It's less of me "hearing" the thoughts, but feeling them and changing them. It's also changed the way other's have viewed me in a very short amount of time; people see me as strong, trustworthy, reliable etc. Old enemies have turned the other cheek for my friendship.Now, I do know these are all things that will happen with a rising energy level, but something about it feels different.
Within the next year, I'm gonna try and keep this going, but I would like to minimize negative effects due to my modern lifestyle being so delicate and prone to negativity due to the Jew's nasty curses on the rest of humanity. It's basically a mine field out there.
So, either way, is there anyone else in history who has experienced a partially risen kundalini? Or at least experienced one so quickly? It almost seems like it started to rise with barely any effort (about a years worth of meditation). Also, I can't quite seem to get it up to my Solar Chakra without becoming overloaded and when I try and pull my Kundalini past that, it seems to just pull the energy upwards and not the serpent itself. 
Any and all input is appreciated, as you are all appreciated. It could be a variety of spiritual symptoms, but with the immense focus I put on my Kundalini, I'm beginning to think otherwise.I would just really like to know what you think or what you know, as it is important to see things from another's perspective.

1. Alternate nostril breathing into sacral chakra. How this done: on each inhale close your eyes and imagine your sacral this will direct the energy into your sacral. On exhale imagine the energy going through your sacral chakra the same way we do when we direct energy  up through each chairs

14, empowering the base and solar chakra also might help. Base rules over sexual urges I believe and solar chakra allows our chakras to have raw power, sometimes when I start full chakra meditation I start with my solar chakra this gives me the power and mindset to greatly empower my other chakras. Also chakras are connected to each other. 
17, never forget to empower your sacral chakra especially on a Tuesday at the hour of mars this will greatly amplify its power so use vaum on it and its extensions.
Monday is also a good day for healing and balancing the chakra system. 
So anyways Ko I hope this and what others said to try helps  

Also try using the sacral chakras mudra while you empower it, mudras can be a big help if you're comfortable with doing them.

We all have three granthis within the soul. That is major blockages in the base chakra, heart chakra and sixth chakra. These can be opened through Opening the watch towers.

The same happened to me regarding the very high amount of energy and Kundalini stimulation. I started to have a lot of snake dreams.

However, that was an indication of it's awakening, in that way it showed me what I needed to work upon to manage that. But I failed as I had a very bad planetary alignement and got very sick. So my energy has dropped a bit but I am getting back to where I was very fast.

Your chakras need to be very strong, it seems to me you neglect working upon them, vibrate words of power to further strengthen and open them.

Try to masturbate and use the sexual energy to empower your pineal gland which will help your intuition and may give you insight on what areas on the soul that needs work. Also, your elixirs need to be fully filled within all the chakras and your aura. The true rising of the Serpent takes time and hard work. But you are doing an excellent job, continue that.

Thank both of you, the Chakra work was definitely needed and I've made more time for longer meditation sessions to tend to this.
After the first Chakra meditation that I've honestly had since a few months after I opened my Chakras (slacking ass on that I know, I got distracted by other meditations and seemingly forgot to tend to my Chakras. Something that Satan has been hinting at me for a long time, but was too distracted to hold attention to.), I definitely noticed some immediate improvement on overall energy level and mood. 
Also, the watch towers are all open, and have been, but I've still continued meditation upon them. But overall, it's been a couple weeks, and my energy flow is less constricted. I feel as though the parts of my soul that need the most work as of now, is astral senses and the secretion of the elixers as well as more elemental work.
Everything else seems to be in order, at least within my spiritual goals, but it is always nice to have a challenge to work on and overcome towards Godhood!
