We know perfectly well that learning to enter a trance is important because there are many jobs that require it;
But not everyone can easily get into one.

but it's not going to work for everyone (including myself) so I researched other ways to do this.
It should be noted that you can also mix some if you think it will work for you.

1- Breathing:
It basically consists of getting into a comfortable position and doing breathing exercises that can relax them, the most recommended is this: inhale and exhale deeply and slowly;

2- Repetitive rhythms, beats and sounds :
This does not need to explain much, it is simply to concentrate on certain sounds and rhythms such as those of the heart, and if they can, on specific binaural waves.
You can also concentrate on the sounds that are in your surroundings, don't think about them but just concentrate.
One way to do this that I found quite helpful is the following: Get into a comfortable position and clear your mind as you inhale deeply.
Listen and feel the air entering through the nostrils, filling the lungs and how the belly expands and shrinks;
exhale completely through your mouth, feeling yourself relax more and more.
Allow the breath to fill your consciousness and senses, concentrating on the rhythmic pattern of the breath, and any tingling sensations that you feel in the tips of your fingers (both hands and feet) and in your nose.
3- Look up:
This technique may seem strange to some, but it can help them enter a trance, even be quite effective for them.
It consists of sitting in a comfortable and undisturbed place and looking at a certain point or object above your level of vision.
As time passes, become aware of the walls and objects around your peripheries as you continue to focus on the selected point or object.
Stay like this for at least 5 minutes.
4- Moving a pendulum:
This can also be a useful technique for getting into a trance.
It is also one of the most famous, although it is generally seen being done between two people, it can still be done alone.
To begin with, make sure that it is not a divination pendulum that you are going to use in this case, it is better that you are going to create or buy one separately;
even in the same JOS it says that divination pendulums can only be used for that purpose, that of guessing and contacting.
Still on topic, hang the pendulum somewhere or just pick it up and set it up as if you were going to try to use it for divination purposes but without any surface to accomplish that goal.
Concentrate on the movement (you are going to move through the so-called ideomotor effect) of your oscillation.
Stay like this for 5 to 10 minutes.
5- Display:
This can be used to help them enter a deep trance.
There are several methods, but the most popular are "ladder" and "create a scene";
and here I will place these.
I'm going to start with "the ladder": First you have to go into a lighter trance, and then with your eyes closed imagine that you are going down a ladder while counting from 1 to 10 or vice versa.
Duplicate your relationship and lightness with each step, and with each one that you take turn your consciousness towards your interiors;
And when they are in the last step they should already be entering their subconscious, that is, they should be in an extremely calm and relaxed state of mind.
Now let's go next: Close your eyes and keep your attention on your breath, and with each breath you take, you become more and more relaxed.
Now imagine a quiet place, whatever you want but that place should make you feel that state.
Let's get into that mental zone and keep focusing on the breath and increasing the level of relaxation.
Now imagine this place becoming more and more vivid and more detailed, also use your five inner senses.
Keep building this mental place until you feel fully immersed in this zone, including your senses.
This may take practice but they will eventually succeed and it will all be worth it
