Opening your third eye and Trance meditation

I'm on the third day of opening my third eye chakra and when I meditate on it JoS says to visualize it as a brilliant white color but it just comes to me as a deep blue and when I focus it just becomes a brighter blue color....what does that mean?any suggestions?also I'm trying to do the deep trance meditation as well and I'm having difficulties making my self have that free fall into the deep trance I can't seem to let go on the latter.iv tried feeling like I got pushed off a cliff and that works for a second but then I can't get the feeling back....any help please.

You may be visualizing or focusing on your 6th chakra. Don't force or focus on having the feeling of free fall, just let your mind go.
