opening the soul

So for the past couple months I have been taking the steps to opening the soul, I'm afriad I may have slacked a little and now I'm not sure if I have yet to open my throat chakra or the heart charka. I have a feeling that it would be dangerous to restart the cycle at opening the third eye, I really want to push to open them soon but I'm just afraid of skipping a step. What should I do?

Can you check your browser history to see which chakra page you last visited? You can also write down which meditations you did along with the date so you won't loose track next time.

Its not a big deal, just start with whatever chakra feels like it needs work, or just start all over. Its not like the meditation wont work or anything like that

Yes write down in a journal with the current dates and also add which day in the meditation program you are on. You can use the 40 day meditation program to have something to follow. It is a very good program to begin with.

I already finished the 40 day meditation program and as I was looking at the 6 month spiritual warfare program I noticed something. At the "opening soul" part more specific at opening the solar 666 chakra it says to visualize it pointing up, but all the JoS knowledge says that it has to be pointing downwards.

Not sure where you read in the Opening the Solar chakra page that it has to be aligned point up. That page clearly says it must be pointed down even shows in the little diagram pointing down:
