On the Shifting of Stars

I have talked before here with some astrologers on the phenomenon of stars moving out of their "normal" constellations in view of astrology. For example the matter of Castor and Pollux being in Cancer now rather than Gemini.

Nobody seemed to have a precise explanation on it, even though it was evidently happening, but now I found an interesting article. I do not know if it's true or accurate, but I believe it's worth sharing here for discussion.
