HP Maxine has, if I remember right, warned against any mainstream numerology sources since they are of the enemy. Just try to figure it out on your own through meditation on numbers and what the HP's have written about them. Think in terms of geometry for ex. 4 would be a square in 2d, or a tetrahedron in 3d (4 vertices/faces). The 3d figures would have more than one quality so they can't be evaluated solely on one term. The tetrahedron is made up of triangles so there is 3 as well as 4 there. Sacred Number by Miranda Lundy, and Sacred Geometry by the same author is the only book I would recommend. The book Quadrivium has those two books included and contains a book on Music, and cosmology which is of much better value since the 4 books are almost as much as one if bought separately. The books should serve you as a guide not an authority. There is too much junk written about numerology.
