numbers for runes.

where on the jos is the numbers for the runes. I can find them.
ive always raised rune energy disregarding how many repetitions im supppose to do for the particular rune. and went with whatever number i felt like it. trying to keep a mental count in my head. also do u have to raise runes in a trance?

The number of the runes goes like this:Fehu - 1Üruz - 2Thurisaz - 3Ansuz - 4Raidho - 5Kenaz - 6Gebo - 7Wunjo - 8Hagl - 9Nautiz - 10Isa - 11 ....Dagaz - 23Ödhal - 24
As about the trance it depends on the working and on the experience you've got with vibrating words of power. If you are in the beginning, I think it'd be better if you are in a trance state. As you advance, a trance won't be necessary anymore.
