Not open enough?

I've been empowering my astral vision for a while, and also my clairaudience points. I've been a SS for almost 2 years now, and yet I haven't been able to sense anything "paranormal", at least not any spectacular phenomena.

The only thing I could consider as unusual, is that recently I've been seeing movement out of the corner of my eye, like a little dark shadow, or a flash of light, and maybe some "small stars" flashing up for a split second in the dark. I don't know what are these, maybe it's just in my mind or my eye is tricking me (I use computers every day a lot, maybe that affects my sight).

Have any of you experienced the above things? What did you experience, and how did you became more open to the astral? Maybe I'm not open enough to see or hear more spectacular things?

That's good to hear. I feel energy when I'm concentrating on my certain chakras or my pineal gland, but my astral vision is still weak... I assembled a quite easy but effective meditation program a few weeks ago, that includes astral vision and astral hearing meditation every day. I hope that will help soon.

I cant lie but i have bin able from a child to see things just about a year an half ago i felt cold sweat an a man was giving me ansewer to questions i had ...ever since then the male voice i heard a year an a half always come to me when i sleep

Thanks, I'll check it out. I opened all my main chakras, but some of them are still weak i.e. my heart and sacral chakras. I can clearly feel my 6th and 7th chakras and my 3rd eye when I concentrate on them.

Yeah, all of that, much of the time for a while I was thinking it was just my mind playing tricks on me too, but now more recently I've had other experiences too, one of which I posted about but it was blocked and not allowed through to post here, we'll just say the thing I saw was bad, so some of the shadows could be bad beings or entities and sometimes not, and othertimes somewhat in between, more like just dead people - so they could create problems or possibly be helpful too.  I now believe these things you described are the beginning stages, when it happens more definitively you will know it alright!  I want and need to visit and read that Vovim Bhagie link here too. ~ Hail Enki! ~ Hail Satan! ~

These shadows I see sometimes came after I started a new daily meditation program, which contains astral vision-, astral hearing-, and pineal gland empowerment. Only in the last few days I didn't notice anything, maybe beacuse of I'm preoccupied with my exams. It' good to see that I'm not alone with this.

I see bright flashes of light in the air - almost as if someone is opening a window which lets out very strong light. This whole thing only takes a fraction of a second. Other days I see more movement in the corner of my eye as if something quickly moved before I turn my head. This could be related to my increased Kundalini practice since it affects the magnetic field and the space around me...often things will fall down from shelves etc. when I'm nearby
