Hi Zevists. Zues be praised.

I have a problem with noise. After hours after meditation it happens that loud noises give me enormous pain and it all starte with the October rituals. I am wondering, what could be the problem. Is it that i am still in a trance or a side effect of the energy been given. Please help. Ave Zues. Ave Venus.

Could you tell if maybe you've been coming out of trance abruptly during these meditations? Sometimes if you're so focused on completing them, it could be the case that you don't give yourself enough time to return to your normal state.

I'd suggest spending a few extra minutes grounding yourself afterwards and seeing whether that helps.

Still, if loud noises are causing you actual pain several hours later, I'd recommend getting your hearing checked as well, by a doctor. We shouldn't assume it's necessarily related to something of a spiritual nature.

If you enter in the trance you must come out from it after the meditation session and also ground yourself.

Hello. What do you mean exactly by October rituals and how would you describe the loud noises? Where do they seem to come from and what do they sound like? This information is helpful in order to try to find out what could it be.

For any Inquiries on Translations matters please message me on the Forums or Vultus Templorum or email me at [email protected]

I am not sure exactly what do you mean by pot falls? The mind itself cannot hurt as it is not a physical part of the body, perhaps do you feel pain inside the head?

Are you using a pot falling as an example of a loud noise? In which case, I assume you're describing an over-sensitivity to noise. It's natural that sudden loud noises would shock you if it startled you out of a deep trance.

That being said, the symptoms you're describing sound a little more intense than that. If it is what I'm suggesting, it may be worth getting your hearing checked. There's a variety of conditions which could cause an acute sensitivity to noise.

I recommend being completely alone when practicing meditations, rituals, and the like. You need to have a space of your own where you cannot be disturbed in any way. For instance, I’ve established some ground rules with my family: I have a sign hanging outside my door—if it’s showing the green side, they can enter or knock; but when the red side is showing (I’ve noted that they can only disturb me in an absolute emergency, like an earthquake—lol), they are not to disturb me at all, not even by knocking. Furthermore, when I meditate, I use noise-blocking gear: first, I put in professional-grade earplugs—the kind used at shooting ranges—which create a very solid initial barrier. Over those, I wear active noise-canceling headphones, through which I play white noise. The earplugs ensure my hearing isn't damaged, and they effectively block out everything else. I also keep all the windows in my room that face the street closed; I probably wouldn't even hear a firecracker or fireworks going off. I completely isolate myself using these methods. Once you’re finished, you must fully emerge from the trance—wiggle your fingers and toes, and slowly bring yourself back to full awareness.

This is the targeted message.

Hello :)

This is normal. Meditation makes us more sensitive to everything, sounds included. The rituals help advance us spiritually.

It has been said before in ToZ that being knocked out of trance can be painful.

You might benefit from affirming to yourself to not be affected by the noise anymore. Things that we experience strongly leave a lasting impression in our subconscious, this needs to be re-wired. I also had a period of time years ago when I was knocked out of trance almost every day, and it made trance difficult after. I had to re-program myself to allow trance to be easy again.
