Hello Brothers and Sisters!

I am wondering what's going on this has been happening for years and I guess Im finally reaching out for help and answers.
To make a long story short, when ritual schedules begin, something inside me feels more tired and "they" dont want to do them.(it's like they're pretending to be me and forcing their feelings or their will on to mine) When I proceed to do the rituals I feel pain in the left side of my chest. Or a force that makes me do the bare minimum. Like at some point I would do only so many vibrations of runes or this pain in my chest would get worse the more I try to do.

What's going on?
What can I do to solve this issue?
Thank you in advance for answering!!!

I'm not sure what to tell you about the pain you experience, because it never happened to me, but I can definitely tell you that this resistance that all of a sudden comes up when you have to do something Spiritual, is a real thing, especially in the beginning of your Path.

All types of thoughts can come up, 'reasons' why you should delay or do less, doubts, lack of motivation, fear and so on. These can come up during the first months and years of Initiation, but as you keep staying consistent, everything will become much easier.

The only solution is to keep going despite of the 'resistance' you feel.

As far as the pain that you experience goes, surely someone else will be able to give you better advice. Mine would be to increase protection and cleaning. If this pain only occurs when you vibrate Runes, maybe it's also because you're not breathing correctly, or you're not ready for so many repetitions (try with 5 instead of 10). Take more time when you do the Rituals, don't be in a hurry, and never force your breath.
