The list of things neccessary things for the dedication is on the main Joy of Satan website under the heading "dedicate your soul to satan". where you choose to do it is completely up to you. i did mine outside because part of the ritual involves burning paper, so i figured let the wind take the ashes away for me; i also went for the outside because it felt right to me to be inhaling sunshine and feeling the breeze.

and go to the "standard ritual" selection.
