when i do it, i get a feeling like something crawling, muscle twitch only more like a crawling feeling from the base of my spine. this goes up thru the chakras till it hits the one i havent opened all the way yet. i also feel this in my elbows and hands, alternating from left to right. funny though, this doesnt happen every single time i do power meditations. i have way too many distractions going on at any given time to fully deep trance. but i keep trying because the breakthroughs i do get are wonderful and very much worth it. HAIL SATAN!!
