I am not much experinced in meditation and getting problems as i have a very fickle mind... waht can i do to increase concentration??
Also in what ways can i help crumble the xians even if am not psychikly advanced??
another question: Who is Shiva according to satanism and are hindus also to be destroyed??(i come from India,from a hindu family and background)
