Just want to say that this is the most informative group on the net when it comes to spiritual Satanism.

Also i want to ENCOURAGE ANYONE WITH QUESTIONS TO ASK THEM.!

It's not easy to venture here and try to make friends, learn something new, something REAL, without REJECTION from those who are strong already and seasoned warriors.

SHIVA YOU ASKED A QUESTION--NO we are not chaos magicians, though some may dabble i HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DON'T as this energy could make you INSANE, MENTALLY UNBALANCED. I suspect it's happened to a few here, mainly a gifted High Priest that most of us miss.

NEWBIES-- read the Jos site- www.joyofsatan.org---- and this is a self taught practice. Ask away in your experiences to those of ud who help and even I need advice sometimes.

VERY well said, Darklady!

Let us remember that we were all newbies once, no matter what stage we are at now. And, when you think of it, considering the vast amount of knowledge in the universe still to be learned which we have not even fathomed, or in many cases, even suspected exists (!) we are all STILL newbies in a sense. Let us not look down our noses at those who are starting out.

I don't encourage or condone plain laziness at all, but we also need to remember that not everyone, especially younger ones living at home with xtian parents, do not necessarily have unlimited, fully private computer/internet access where they can spend several hours at a time doing research. They need answers and deserve them. Let's not be too quick to jump on them.

Somewhere along the line (and I know I can be like this too) we have equated the fact that we as Satanists do not put up with shit (a good thing!) with being NEEDLESSLY abrasive (not so good). While not suffering fools gladly -- we certainly should not! -- we don't want to discourage sincere seekers and new ones.

And for those who can look things up, do research and find answers, please do that! It's excellent exercise, much better than being spoon-fed by another. But the purpose of this forum is so that we can exchange ideas and learn from each other. To properly learn, one must also feel free to ask.

Thank you.
I have read and reread and am rereading JoS. My issue is the red on black causes me to go cross eyed and then I get a headache. I also started to write things down, so i can then go back and reread without the headache. I am still finding things I have missed.

Another thing I have started is to read one or two sermons on a MOnday, meditate and a ritual of Thanksgiving.


Also thank you to all who have answered my questions and posted others that have helped me to evolve.

Nice message, thank you very much for posting. I'm a newbie and I read the Satanic groups often so I can learn from others but it is extremely rare I post. I get a bit intimidated when I post and most of the times I can usually find what I wanted to know by reading.

I would like to post more though and become a part of the community.
