New vibrations for chakras.

I got this by studying the JoS website. These are quite effective in stimulating the chakras. Make sure that you raise your tone as you go up. The Base chakra mantras should be vibrated in a deep-tone like growling and the Crown chakra mantras should be vibrated in a very high-pitch which is like the musical note "Si". These vibrations are letters. I think Maxine talked about the Egyptian Kabalah and how the Egyptians vibrated one letter that stimulates a specific chakra the most.


Base chakra -- L
Sacral chakra -- V
Solar Plexus chakra -- R
Heart chakra -- S
Throat chakra -- O
Ajna/6th chakra -- N
Crown/7th chakra -- Q

Wow good work. I tried these and they work amazingly. When I first seen it was like mmm I dunno. Then I tried them all and was surprised how much it directly hit that chakra and how much it empowered them.
