I am new to Satanism [9 months].
However, I am not new to fitness.
I am a lifelong athlete and in great shape. [My resting HR is 52 bpm]
Just a year ago I searched for a way to improve my cardiorespiratory system and breathing outside of the gym in order to improve my fitness levels.
I came across a tool called "expand-a-lung".
It is a breathing trainer. Mostly divers use it to train their lungs.
There are many types, but they are all basically mouthpieces with an attached valve so that one can control the resistance.
This tool will properly train all your breathing muscles and organs as well as strengthen them.
At first it will be a drastic improvement as most people breath from their chest and not their diaphram. This tool corrects this and then allows you to continue to strengthen the correct breathing pattern further.
In turn, you can use this newfound breathing capacity to amplify your workings.
Here is a website explaining the scienctific evidence/studies of the expand-a-lung.
