Hail Brothers and Sisters.I haven't been doing Yoga for long (only third day today) but I must say, I already like it. Especially Hatha. And thus, I had to change my daily routine accordingly. Now it's the first thing in the morning: Hatha Yoga session plus a thirty minutes morning meditation. Now - the funny thing is that before, I was doing meditations sitting on a chair or a couch, as I was unable to sit in a cross-legged position for more than a minute or two. And now I was able to sit and meditate in a more or less proper pose for a whole half an hour. Really, I was surprised. Another thing is that the quality of meditation, while staying in such position is a lot better and it's more difficult to get distracted, I could simply concentrate a lot easier/deeper and maintain it a lot easier. Guess the meditative poses like lotus were created for a reason (tested on myself heh). The pose I was staying in was pretty much The Burmese pose, even though I've never read about it. I end my meditation session with Void Meditation and about ten minutes before the end I open my eyes and focus on a single object or a point and try to keep my mind empty at the same time (it works wonders for me). Now, I was writing about the pressure in my temples and forehead before, this time my whole head and neck felt as if they were pumped up with a high-pressured air. The sensation kept getting stronger and I even started to imagine my head and neck blowing up lol. Anyway, when opened my eyes to focus, my whole vision became blurry, as if behind a white veil; everything got white and milky. The sounds I could hear became muffled a lot as well. I kept with the meditation and was curious to see what will happen but then, my alarm went off and it was time to finish. Interesting things started happening. I can still feel quite a lot of pressure in the "old areas" (temples and forehead). That's what happened in the morning. About eight pm I sit to another session. this time it's Kundalini workout (as I like to call Yoga sessions) and another half an hour Meditation session (the training one as I call it, because of SWTP I follow here). Wondering if anything interesting will happen this time as well
And it's only three days left to opening my third eye exercise, have to practice the Thoth vibration to do it right from the start
Sorry for ranting and a long post, it seems I'm a goddamn writer inside.
