Needed to raise Kunalini

Hail my brothers and sisters,
Lately I have turned my entire focus on the raising of my Kundalini. However, after 3 years of power meditation, I had found my-self only with a large channel of energy stuck at my heart chakra. Turning to the writings of Kai Purr, I now see and can fully understand why I have not risen and what it is that I was actually doing. I have now reached several new spiritual changes.
The power meditations I had been doing has lead to me 'waking up' my spinal chakras but now is the beginning to truly open them, which is the removal of the dross which clots their inside, and stops the Kundalini's initial rising. 
Clearing of all dross in the spinal chakras is done by: chakra breathing, and the blocked-chakras vibrations.
Once all the spinal chakras have be "hollowed-out" the chakras are then much stronger and more effective than before. But the kundalini will still not rise. They must first be filled with the Male, Female and Sexual Elixirs. **For the Sexual Elixir, Astral sex is said to be needed. However Sex Magic and ESPECIALLY Cobra Breath works just as well** 
What the Elixirs do is create the nervous column for the Kundalini's rising path. The spine does indeed have the Shushumna channel but only when the elixirs fill this channel does the kundalini have it's initial rising.
Don't waste countless time in pursuits that cause nearly nothing. I wish you all well and that this information will serve many in hastening their rising.
On a last note, do much power meditation to strengthen your chakras before working towards serious kundalini work. You will definitely need the strength.
