Greetings, everybody!
I have a few questions on a matter that has been bothering me for some time.
Since I got a job and work 40 hours a week, my spiritual development kind of came to a halt. Mostly because I cannot get the time to do enough meditations.
After I come home, I exercise for 30 minutes, then do yoga for 30 minutes at least. Then I do the vibrations for the day, which takes about an hour. If I'm lucky and I don't have many things to do, I do some breathing exercises and a little aura programming. Aside from these, I participate in online warfare.
The problem is, I usually go to sleep almost at midnight, and I don't really feel the effects of the vibrations or anything I did for the day. I kinda just keep myself on a constant level, but I don't feel like I'm going forward.
All of what I mentioned above is important, but in order to do more meditations, I would have to cut down on other things.
I don't want to quit my job, because I have to have a steady income. If I sleep less, then I will be too tired for work. I'm already tired from and distracted with work... The ideal situation would be having enough money so I wouldn't have to work, or just a few hours a day, to get by... Then I would have a lot of time to focus on my spiritual development. Others I have spoken to also mentioned lack of time and the stress of work as the main factors of their unsuccessful spiritual development.
I would like some pieces of advice. What would be the best thing to do in this situation?
Thank you in advance!
