Need Opinion about Adulthood

Recently, I was told my friends are having a get together at an anime convention (anime opened me up to Satanism and I still enjoy it occassionally). Ive been over worked and tired and low on cash for the past coupld of weeks and I really would like to make a costume and go.
For those of you who are saying "This is not Satanic" I use opportunities like this to dress up as some Satanic or something with Satanic origins (one year I dressed up as an Anubis guard and I was going to do a guard for Lilith) and I also pass out flyers for the JoS site from time to time as most of the people who are at these conventions are open minded and feel betrayed usually.
But the question comes with money now. I am low on cash and do enjoy dressing in an attire to please the gods. The question is: should I go even though my money is low? I know it is an opportunity to spread Satanism, but I am unsure.
