Need my X husband to give me what he owes me.

WE have been divorced for 18 months. He still has a hold over me as he knows my daughter is important to me. I am still stuck living with him in the same house as he refuses to share our estate with me. It has to be done as the court ordered it so. I am reluctant to seek help from the courts as I am afraid I will lose my daughter. Things are bad as I do not even have the freedom to performed my prayers to Satan. What spell can I perform to get him to realize that the right thing to do is to give me my share of our joint estate so I can leave? Lord Satan needs me elsewhere [I know that for sure] but I am stuck here as I have no money to leave. Please help!
