Need meditation for improving health and some advice

Can someone tell me some good meditation for improving my health.

My arm near my wrist is as thin as 10-12 year old kid hands even through i am 21.

My weight is ~40 kg .

It may be because sun is 12 house(virgo) in my natal chart but parents said that my health was normal when i was a kid.

Sometime when i think about satan or something related to satanism, some bad thought pop in my mind out of no where. In some cases i know in advance that some bad thought are coming but not able to stop it.

Although i dedicated my soul few years ago but have not work properly.

Basically what i have done in the past was

Start meditating -> not able to feel anything -> fry myself (you know what i mean) -> stop meditating.

And after few months this cycle start Again.

This time i decided to do the following daily.

Statanama X9 into aura
Laum X9 in base
Vaum X9 in sacral
.
.
All the way to crown.

Yoga

RTR , aura cleaning and aura protection(surya/raum X108).

Will also be adding void , EZ, foundation , breathing exercise after my college exams.


PLEASE ADVISE!!

By the way when i focus on area where intense sunlight is hitting like on wall, i notice some golden particle scattering/moving every where but this cause tears in my eyes.

Forget to mention that i still can't feel anything while vibrating laum, vaum,.....etc
 
My advice would be create a program that doesnt feel like another chore.

You should feel both mentally/physically and emotionally empowered after your routines.

I dont know you personally, but 108 might be a little too much, dont get too much hangup on what you are "spossed" to do but find out you CAN do on consistent bases and start building up from there.

Dont feel embarrassed to start small, as long as you keep growing that it.

One last advice, I found out that when I combine spiritual with the physical (doing my pushups after RTR for example) is a great help.

I use an app called Homeworkout. its a white dude on a red background. once u pick a routine u can pick ita difficulty on the upper right corner
 
Do the meditations that you enjoy, not those you feel obliged to do, void meditation is a must, like really a must, it’s the base of all meditation, you will never go far without a trained mind, so be happy to do that and advance! Also, the reason u don’t feel energy is because maybe you are rushing, take it slow, concentrate on yourself and feel the energy, the buzz, you won’t feel it if you don’t relax.

Alright, i will stop vibrating laum, vaum,... etc.

Well actually i dont vibrate surya/raum in one go instead in two parts,

X54 before RTR and X54 before aura cleaning and aura protection

Should i further break this in four parts or simply reduce the vibration.

Alright i will stop doing laum, vaum..etc and simply start with foundation, energy, colour, void meditation

Sometimes While doing yoga i can feel vibration my hand and leg vibrating,why??

Joints are opening up and energy can flow more freely.

I researched into this guy and all he did was take the information of a guy called martin berkhan and use intelligent marketing for it. The stuff on his programs is for free on places like reddit altough on reddit you won't feel like a "Greek God" if you don't do a program called "Greek God".

If you don't feel anything, most likely the case is one of these:

1. You don't vibrate your mantras at the right frequency for the chakra you're working or the aura. You need to find it. Keep changing it until you feel it in your chakra. This is 101 about using mantras and it's explained in the beginner section, yet I've encountered many people who forget this and then complain they don't feel anything. -- highly likely cause of you not feeling anything

2. Adversary planetary transits can mess up your sensitivity to energy -- least likely cause

3. You overdid it with mantras and you fried your meridians. It will take time to recover from this. -- common cause


In your case it seems case #1 first occurred, then you decided to go to case #3 instead of slowing down and applying your mind properly.

For improving your health you could start with something as simply as breathing in vibrant green or golden energy and programming that energy. You can also add the sun mantra to this. Don't overdo it with the reps. Start with something like 36, which is one of the numbers of the Sun. In any case, cleaning, protection and working on chakra already improves your health when done properly.

If you allow unsolicited advice, you're overdoing it with Surya/Raum in your AC+AoP routine. Beginners shouldn't start with those high reps. It would be better to lower your amount to 36 or 40. In any case, 108 is not good number for cleaning and protection: it has other uses. 111 or even 100 are better solutions for both, if you insist on keeping the high numbers.

Finally, I have one question? Are you vibrating the mantras properly or are you vibrating them quickly? Vibrating mantras quickly amount to less than 10% of power than vibrating them properly. So, if you are doing 108 vibrations quickly, it's like doing less than 10 vibrations, depending on the actual speed. Mantras are done with the humming breath:

1. You inhale energy through the nose.
2. You hold as long as comfortable.
3. You vibrate your mantra while exhaling, streatching the whole of your mantra until you're out of breath, without straining.
