need help on rolling your R during chants

The site says you need to roll your r with for instance with the crown chakra chant marduk, however i dont know how to roll my despite trying countless times with countless sites and videos, and the main obstacle to be honest is i have no idea what a rolled r SHOULD sound like in a chant, i only ever hear it with short quick words so could anyone describe it for me or point me to an audio file or video which could help me

The way I do it is I put my tongue near the top of my mouth (the hard palate area) and just push air through the tongue and let it 'vibrate/trill' on it's own. The spanish trill is what the rolled r should sound like.
