need help on making a elemental thoughtform...

hi im tring to remake a dark elemental thoughtform that i made along to ago but i had to destroy it cause itdrained all my energy... but i think i can fix the problem i had the first time, now i do remeber the form i made it it was a large dragon like beast with its entire body made of a black flame of shadows but it seems that i can make it again i tried to start on it last night and all most drained all my dark elemental energy i had in me i meen im not sure what it was but i felt like my life energy was acually starting to be drained as well thats never happened ive made other elemental thought forms befor and nothing like this happened im afraid to keep going since when i stoped last night i could not move my ams or legs and almost every bit of my chalkra was drained... I NEED TO KNOW IF I CAN STOP THIS BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH IM NOT PUTTING ANY ENERGY IN TO THE TOUGHT FORM IM STILL BEING DRAINED WHAT IS HAPPENING IS THER ANY WAY TO STOP AND/OR REVERSE IT????!!! PLZ HELP!!!!

I think that you left a loophole in the way you programed the dark energy. Like pipes without little shut off knobs...If you want to shut it off, you should reprogram the same kind of dark energy to stop draining from you or only when you want to channel it. It's very similiar to making it, like adding a rule. I am not 100% sure but you can try.

k ill try i need to stop this thought form from draining me...there is something weird though if i draw energy directly from the moon the thought form cant drain it its kinda strange because it is still dark energy so maybe thats a good think idk...
