~You just need to keep practicing, do this everyday preferably the same time every day. and visualize the grey energy dissipating into nothing as the white gold light grows and glows brighter and program it to be a cleaned and protected. You can also use a Satanic rosary for this as well during your meditation and on the exhale "program" or visualize the white gold light to do what you want it to do with your chosen affirmations. in the runes section there is a page on how to use a Satanic rosary, if you dont have one just chant your affirmation 108 times instead. Don't worry, everyone has a different level at meditation, just keep trying and never give up.
