Need advice

I have a Jehovah witness friend who doesn't believe in astral projection.If I do what it says in this website: https://www.erinpavlina.com/blog/2010/12/can-you-pull-people-out-of-their-bodies-astrally/ will it prove astral projection is real to her?

You can't convince a jehova witness of anything, they are too dumb to listen. Even if you could fly in the air and shoot lightning out from your hands, it still would not convince her of anything. And if you keep trying to convince her, she would just think that you are crazy, and she might tell everyone that you are crazy.

I think you shouldn't talk to her about any of this stuff, she isn't going to listen.

Yes, that would be good for you to do. It is also for you to open all your chakras. And you can also keep your chakras strong by doing what it says on the page called "Tuning chakras through vibration."

And also you can do any of the things on that left side, all those beginner meditations are safe for you to start doing.
