Naga consecration ritual. Is it genuine?

I came to this consecration ritual done by Sadhguru by accident when I opened a link from the music thread here and it appeared in suggestions. It seemed interesting so I watched it. My question to all of you is: what do you think of this? Is it a show for gullible people or a genuine thing? By the end of it he says something like "people will call this a satanic ritual, but there is no Satan for us" This guy gives me a bad vibe, don't know why, maybe it's just my deeply ingrained distrust for such characters. It looks to me as if he's fucking with peoples minds but maybe I'm wrong. What do you make of this?

I am one of his follower. Sadhguru said that Shiva is a god who should not be named because to name him is to curtail him. As we all know Shiva is Father Satan himself but it seems that sadhguru has no direct contact with Father Satan like JoS and merely do ritual, practices,teaching based on the yogic culture in india. It is high time, JoS give a verdict on the authenticity of Sadhguru because he claims that Isha yoga centre is the greatest imprint of Shiva on earth. Is he an enemy? Till now I have only benefited from his yoga practices designed by him and some of his teachings do contradict JoS but I have not reached this level spiritually to be absolutely certain.
