This method is based upon the Breath of Fire (Kapalabhati), which is currently the exercise that gives me the strongest energy buzz.
This works good for me. It's easy to do, instant, and I think it's a good way of raising your energies for the RTRs if you're either too short on time to do a full RAUM or 666 meditation before every time you do an RTR, or when you're not in the best mental state to do these meditations with proper focus.
I like to use this before each individual RTR.
In a nutshell for those who are already familiar with all this, it's basically the breath of fire along with vibrating SATANAS on the exhale, and a Hatha Yoga position if you can handle to add that.
Beginners: This is not a rule, it's just me sharing my own way. Experiment with different methods to find out what works best for you and trust your own experience, not just other people's words.
1. Do the Breath of Fire for 40 pumpings (or you might want to add more if you're advanced and can handle more than that)
2. When you exhale after doing the pumpings and holding your breath as instructed, chant/vibrate SATANAS all in just one breath (at the same time you exhale, of course).
3. Repeat step 2 for each of the three rounds of the Breath of Fire.
4. For maximum effectiveness, you might also want to incorporate a Hatha Yoga position in this method, if you can handle that. Just place yourself in the position of your choice and keep in that position while you do the steps above. But make sure to choose a position that's favorable for the abdominal pumpings, such as the Chest Stretch, 9th position of the Hatha Yoga PDF.
