My experience with King and Queen meditation

Hello Family,

I just wanted to share my experience with the meditation. Im sure alot of you are already doing this since HP Pythia posted it months ago.

The meditation felt very good. I just finished and i feel calm and light and almost illuminated. I feel like a faery lol

My aura feels like a ball around me made of raw energy and speckled gold

Since today was my first day i was 100% focuses because i was trying to get everything right and downpacked. But even with not even 100% concentration I still feel wonderful. While doing it i almost just almost got emotional in a positive way ofcourse.

I hesitated to do the meditation for a few months because to be honest it looked long and time consuming but i am realizing that it reallt isnt. It took about an hour and ten minutes but since i got the hang of it it should take on average about 45 mins to an hour depending on how fast you are doing it.

I am realizing the essentials of this full king and queen meditation. The effects are amazing. I am going to do this everyday. It feels too amazing and powerful not to do.

I will also follow with chakra extension empowerment and spinning as well.

Ok, I've looked in the past messages on it, and on the JoS site as well, but am still a bit confused. HPS Pythia speaks of accessing 8 chakras: the standard 7 consisting of base through crown, plus an "aura" chakra. Is that the Gold chakra that is just above the crown?

You should know that their are seven main chakras. It would be silly to have another chakra called aura..

We only have one aura so what does that tell you...?

I DO know that their are 7 main chakras.

This is why I was surprised when HPS Pythia *specifically* named the "aura chakra":

"Vibrate AUM into your aura chakra 7 times"

I have never known HPS Pythia to name something carelessly. All of which had left me to believe that - perhaps - there WAS a chakra specifically associated with the aura. I would have thought that she would have merely stated, "vibrate AUM into your aura 7 times". As she added the "chakra" part to it, naturally, I was led to think she was specifically referring to a chakra for the aura.

I am also well aware of the fact that we have only one aura. Therefore, again, combined with all of the above, my thought was that - perhaps - there was either a specific chakra associated with the aura, OR that we should simply vibrate AUM into our aura in general.

As I am still relatively new to all of this, for me, it is not 'silly' that there should be a 'aura chakra'. I am very good at researching things out, but, as I had not found any specifics on this subject either in any of the messages here, nor on JoS, I thought to ask a legitimate question regarding such.

Yeah, see, that's what threw me off as well. I'd never heard of an aura
chakra, and I've read pretty much all of the JoS site, as well of the
other pages she links to her site.

I'm thinking I'll do some experimenting with using the Gold chakra as
the aura chakra, and kinda flow the energy from there into my aura.

Are you, Lucius, or you Shannon, mehbeh willing to share with me how you
dealt with the aura vibration?

Well En haradren when i email people and vice versa for some reason they would not go through at all or end up in spam box. So i used this post to ask her if she got my last message(s) because it would nore than likely go through. The same problem happened with me and Lydia. You make it seem as if we are going response after response after response on this thread.

Secondly its not meaningless chit chatter as you call it so relax.

That part is up to you. Whatever is comfortable for you. I personally just vibrated AUM into the aura 7x and pictured it brilliantly glowing.

Thanks Shannon for reminding us of this meditation. I've preformed the full meditation for two days in a row now since I first seen your post about it.

The effects are pretty amazing, and the energy I feel in my Solar Chakra are incredible. It's strange though, the day I saw your post for the first time is the same day I was thinking The Full Chakra Meditation wasn't doing it for me anymore, and wouldn't you know it? The first thing I see when I check the groups is your post about the King and Queen meditation.

Meditation program change anyone?

Well, I'm now doing this meditation everyday in the morning, if not afternoon. Thanks to HP Pythia for posting the meditation, and thanks to you Shannon for posting about your experience with it, I'm sure I'm not the only one who went and gave it a try afterwards.

I hesitated to do the meditation for a few months because to be honest it looked long and time consuming but i am realizing that it reallt isnt. It took about an hour and ten minutes but since i got the hang of it it should take on average about 45 mins to an hour depending on how fast you are doing it.

I am realizing the essentials of this full king and queen meditation. The effects are amazing. I am going to do this everyday. It feels too amazing and powerful not to do.

I will also follow with chakra extension empowerment and spinning as well.
