my daily meditation program (revised)

special thank you to whoever mentioned that when you tried this it took you over an hour. I dragged out the mantras as slow and steady as possible and it definitely lasted over an hour and felt even MORE effective.

Here is the revised version.
Same idea but the order in which I do the mantras is different, this way the energy in your body is more balanced.

vibrate SATANAS
RAUMx13 solar chakra
affirm energy x9 after each mantra
SATANASHAUMx13 throat chakraaffirm energySATANASVAUMx13 sacral chakraSATANASTHAUM x13 6th chakraSATANASAUM x13 3rd eye chakraSATANASLAUM x13 base chakraSATANASMAUM x13 crown chakraSATANASYAUM x13 heart chakra
SATANASAUM SURYAE x13 in entire auraaffirm "my aura and chakras are fully and permanently cleansed, illuminated and empowered by the sun, protecting me at all times" SATANAScobra breath (I can usually only do 4 or 5 reps after doing this before total overload .just do as many as you can comfortably)

The reason the order is important is because you're pairing up your lower make chakras with your upper female chakras.Then the energy meets at the heart chakra in the middle so you do that one last.
This is important because the upper chakras are powered by the lower chakras.It's so powerful in fact that even though today is a freezing blizzard my spine felt like a blast furnace while doing this session today.
